gentle staff convenient location classic comfort
i found the staff gentle and cute, their smiles like soft sunshine. the location was really convenient, a simple walk to the center. the building held a classic comfort, its walls whispering old stories of romance and quiet moments.
my room's window gave onto a small interior courtyard i found a little too shadowed. it lacked the bright charm i hoped would fill the air.

The reception staff was very helpful! They provided a takeaway coffee for my trip to the airport. The room I had was large and included a safe, ironing board, and tea and coffee facilities. The price was quite reasonable.
The room looked a bit basic. Though the building itself was gorgeous. I noticed there was no biscuit provided with the tea and coffee. the room lacked hand wash. I had to use my own.

The staff were super cute and friendly. The front desk provided great local information. My room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast offered a good variety with great coffee.
The room's window could have been cleaner.

The breakfast had ample choices available including fresh fruit and pastries that were replenished regularly. The coffee machine made delicious beverages adding a nice start to the day and the breakfast room was kept tidy.

The service was efficient with requests handled promptly. The staff provided clear directions and helpful recommendations and the reception area was consistently staffed offering easy assistance and I felt very well taken care of.

amateur remodeling flimsy door
The single room i had felt quite subpar. It reminded me of an underground space. dampness was noticeable, and the room seemed run-down. amateur remodeling attempts were evident, i noticed holes in the walls. the flimsy door allowed corridor light to stream in all night, it was quite disturbing.

helpful staff clear directions
I found the staff very helpful from arrival to departure. They accommodated my request to store my medication in their refrigerator. Staff also provided clear directions to local attractions. The location was also ideal for accessing different parts of the city.
The hotel looked dated and needing updates. I noticed wear and tear throughout the hotel, including in my room. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the guest experience.

the staff provided clear directions to local attractions. i also appreciated the delicious breakfast that was available each morning. the location was convenient, because i found it easy to walk to many points of interest from the hotel.
i noticed some dust, the room could have benefitted from better cleaning. it was a minor issue, but i thought future guests should be aware.

the location is fantastic, near many local attractions, i walked to the city center easily. the staff was helpful, they assisted me with directions and local tips. the room was clean, comfortable and well kept. breakfast offered a variety of options, it catered to different tastes.
the elevator was a bit slow sometimes, it caused minor delays.
